Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers

Ingredients*
1 lb. ground turkey
1 cup crumbled goat feta cheese
½ cup (about 10-15) Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
2 tsp. dried oregano
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Mix turkey, ¼ cup cheese, olives, oregano sea salt and pepper together in a large bowl until well-combined. Form into four patties. Cook on a lightly oiled preheated grill or pan for about 10 to 12 minutes, turning patties halfway through cooking time. When patties are done, put on a plate and while hot sprinkle with the rest of the goat cheese. If serving open faced, you can top the cheese with a sprinkle of the sliced olives for a bit of color and flair.
